Isn't it their responsibility to ensure the issue is fully resolved before closing the ticket? Hey @Walmart your Portland, TX location really needs to work on enforcing the 20 items or less rule. The #speedycheckout isn’t so speedy when you allow 53 items in the 20 item or less line! #recurringissue
