ACCAN is in Canberra for sitting week, with the #UOMO Bill passing the House today. We and the @NationalFarmers are backing two game-changer amendments: #reliabilitystandards to hold telco to account like any essential service, and #mandatorydomesticroaming for more competition and access. https://t.co/m7e8l7oiiL

Blackouts used to be common. Regulation made energy more reliable. ⚡ Telco should be next. ACCAN is calling for: clear #reliabilitystandards, transparent #outage reporting and real penalties for poor performance. #TripleZero outages cost lives. Telco is an essential service.
