He asks whether last year's #RocketOClock initiative, which asks householders to keep to particular considerate times if they must have home fireworks displays in order to limit stress for animals and people with conditions like anxiety, PTSD and autism, will return this year.

#RocketOClock was and is a good way of limiting the fireworks, mostly they are a nuisance and leave many wildlife dead from shock, and harm other people & animals/pets as mentioned by @ChelmsCouncil hope to see this in place again this year.

@essexlive Absolutely agree with this - impact on animals (& people) can be terrible. We're asking that if people do set off home fireworks, they at least keep to two times (7pm on 5 Nov and 8pm on 7 Nov) - and do all they can to keep noise down. #RocketOClock https://t.co/uSEjRtEmkj

This year, many of #Chelmsford’s normal #fireworks displays are cancelled and we can’t meet up at each other’s houses. So we’re asking everyone planning their own at-home displays to release them all at the same two times – 7pm on 5th Nov and 8pm on 7th Nov. That’s #RocketOClock!
