What a wonderful day at #RumiCommunityBreakfast with lovely participants, healthy food and guest speaker with much needed topics. The Physiotherapist Richi of NHS touched on #Sciatica & how to avoid it before it emerges in body. Daily exercise for 20 min is the effective remedy.
