Łódź was annexed to Germany as part of the #Warthegau and renamed as #Litzmannstadt. #Ghetto recited it's full independence. In charge was Judenrat with Chaim #Rumkowski as it's chairman. He was 100% collaborator with the German Nazis.
Chaim #Rumkowski władzę w getcie objął 13.X.1939 roku. Został przez Niemców mianowany „Przełożonym Żydów w mieście Łodzi. Otrzymał mandat do wprowadzania wszystkich postanowień i kroków jakie uznają za stosowne Niemcy w stosunku do wszystkich Żydów”.
