🎵 "It's Tricky" was built around a reworked version of "My Sharona" by The Knack. After securing permission to use the famous riff, Run-D.M.C. transformed it into one of the most iconic hip-hop tracks of the 1980s.
👟 By blending rap with rock influences, Run-D.M.C. helped bring hip-hop to a mainstream audience and changed popular music forever.
📺 The hilarious music video, featuring the comedy trio The Fat Boys, became an MTV favorite and introduced millions of viewers to hip-hop culture.
