We have been waiting for our homes for over 12 years. For the past 3+ months, we’ve been requesting an appointment from your office, through emails and phone calls, to raise critical concerns related to the IBC process in stalled real estate projects.
Instead of focusing on timely construction and delivery, the Successful Resolution Applicant (SRA) @SurakshaGroup_ is now levying compound interest on already distressed homebuyers — pushing thousands of middle-class families into financial and emotional turmoil.
Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response from any authority.
