Abused males have twelve times the normal suicide rate and go on to have higher rates of mental illness. Though dialogue is beginning to occur, the lack of discussion surrounding abuse of males has left an untold number to suffer in silence.
If any organization is interested, I am available to speak with church, civic, school groups or other organizations about the trauma of CSA and - more importantly - showing others how they jettison the shame and guilt that didn't belong to them in the first place.
