The #Schapenberg (the hill on which @WaterkloofWines sits) has the lowest average annual rainfall in Stellenbosch at 540mm. We farm our producing-vines without irrigation. Last night & today we received 55m. Exactly what we need after 2020 harvest and as we plant new vines. 🙏
