Do you trust information from @cantaskforce when in 2018 they said women 40-49 had a 48% chance of Overdiagnosis and this year… it is only calculated to be 3%.

If the only studies you accept as valid, are randomized control trials where the control group is unscreened, then your “call” is nonsense. Such a trial would be unethical. There is plenty of research, but your panel ignored or downgraded it.
