優先株を多く発行しているのが銀行・金融機関であるため、金利上昇局面では価格が下落しやすく、債券同様のリスクあり。
実際に私が買い始めてからも2回ほど含み損になりました😑
その都度、$30切ったら脳死で買増し
今では62株持ってて毎月税引き後で1,100円ずつ入ってきてます❣️
