#SecurityDefaults will be here on Feb 29, you can not combine individual #ConditionalAccess policies with it. It’s one or the other. #SecurityDefaults pretty much exactly cover the current baseline policies (#MFA, #LegacyAuthentication) if you need anything above - no Defaults!
