زاگاه- قرص اورژانسی از پرکاربردترین روشهای جلوگیری در موارد برقراری رابطه جنسی محافظتنشده از بارداری است. پاره شدن کاندوم و فراموش کردن قرصهای جلوگیری از جمله شرایطی هستند که نیاز به روشهای جلوگیری اورژانسی را ایجاد میکنند. این روشها بعد از تجاوز هم مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. مکانیسم عمل این قرص بدین صورت است که آزادسازی تخمکها را متوقف میکند و از بارور شدن آنها توسط اسپرم جلوگیری به عمل میآورد.
این قرصها شامل دو قرص ۰٫۷۵ میلیگرمی و یا یک قرص ۱٫۵ میلیگرمی است. هرچه فاصله مصرف قرص اورژانسی با رابطه جنسی کمتر باشد کارایی آن بیشتر است و درصورتی که قرص اورژانسی پیش از تخمکگذاری مصرف شود بیشترین احتمال اثرگذاری را دارد. این قرصها هیچ اثری بر بارداری و جنین ندارند.
این قرصها را میتوانید هر زمان در طول روز استفاده کنید. برای اطمینان از تاثیرگذاری آنها بهتر است آنها را در دمای اتاق نگهداری کنید و حواستان به تاریخ انقضای آن باشد.
🔸️طریقه مصرف قرصهای اورژانسی ضدبارداری شامل دستورالعملهای زیر است:
قرص لوونورژسترول با دوز ۰.۷۵ میلیگرم: دو عدد یکجا و در اولین فرصت بعد از برقراری رابطه جنسی و ۱۲ ساعت پس از آن یکیدیگر مصرف شود
قرص لوونورژسترول ۱.۵ میلیگرم: یک عدد در اولین فرصت؛ توجه داشته باشید که اگر بعد از ۷۲ ساعت استفاده کنید به احتمال زیاد دیگر تاثیری نخواهد داشت
قرص اچ دی (HD): دو عدد در اولین فرصت و دو عدد ۱۲ ساعت بعد
قرص ال دی (LD): چهار عدد در اولین فرصت و چهار عدد در ۱۲ ساعت بعد
قرص تری فازیک: چهار عدد قرص سفید در اولین فرصت و چهار عدد قرص سفید دیگر ۱۲ ساعت بعد
قرص الا: یک قرص در اولین فرصت؛ این قرص را میتوانید تا ۱۲۰ ساعت پس از رابطه محافظت نشده استفاده کنید.
نکات مهم:
- اگر از انواع متفاوت قرص اورژانسی به صورت همزمان استفاده شود احتمال اینکه این قرصها اثر یکدیگر را خنثی کنند زیاد است. همچنین مصرف انواع متفاوت این قرصها به فاصله ۵ روز از یکدیگر اصلا توصیه نمیشود.
- در صورتی که شروع دوران قاعدگی بیشتر از ۵ الی ۷ روز به تأخیر افتاد یا همراه با خونریزی غیرمعمول بود، به پزشک مراجعه نمایید. با وجود مصرف این قرص، درصدی احتمال بارداری وجود دارد و انجام تست بارداری توصیه میشود.
🔸️ در مصرف این قرصها باید جانب احتیاط را رعایت کرد. بهترین دوز مصرفی برای قرصهای ضد حاملگی اورژانسی ۲ تا ۳ عدد در هر ۱۲ ماه است.
