#Nanopore Q20+ preliminary results presented at the France Génomique General Assembly. No major differences between LSK109 and LSK112 on a #SeqOccin🐄sample. 2-4% duplex reads with nearly Q35 on average. 🎉Excited to test Kit 14, which promises more duplex reads!
