Goons attacked an ISKCON temple and beat up a Sadhu with shoes.
There is an ISKCON temple in the #Gosairhat area under the #Shitalkuchi Police Station.
On the 5th of May, 2026, Shyam Sundar Saha and four others attacked the Sadhu of the temple and beat him with shoes.
Hindu neighbours rushed and beat the goons.
Sadhu Amal Kirti Nimai Das Maharaj said, “Some people are trying to grab the land of the temple. That day, Shyam Sundar Saha suddenly came. He took off his shoe and beat me a lot. I took out my mobile. He snatched it and threw it away.”
The Police are investigating.

Islamists abducted a 14 year old Hindu girl from #Boromoricha under the jurisdiction of #Shitalkuchi Police Station.
Her mother filed a complaint, FIR NO- 596/2025. The Police arrested an Islamist till now. But, the Police couldn't find the girl.
Investigation is going on.

On the 10th of April of 2021, Islamists brutally murdered a BJP worker named Ananda Barman in #Pathantuli village of #Shitalkuchi block of Coochbehar district of West Bengal.
But, the Police couldn't arrest the main accused Mithun Miyan. Mithun Miyan was absconding for more than four years. Later, the case was handed over to the CBI.
On the 31st of October, 2025, the Police finally arrested Mithun Miyan.
Ananda Barman was the son of a poor family. In 2021, we helped the family of Ananda Barman by collecting money with the help of @ajeetbharti
Still today, Justice has not been served.
