such proposal received by AMCs shall be immediately reported to the Valuation Agencies, Credit Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees and AMFI. AMFI, on receipt of such information, shall immediately disseminate it to its members #mutualfunds #sidepocketing

#ETF & #Indexfund will sell 25% of yes bank & use it 2 rebalance the entire portfolio with shree cement. 75% of the locked in yes bank shares will be marked to 0 & at the end of the 3rd year, will be sold & proceeds will be passed 2 the investors as on 13th march. #Sidepocketing

#UTI #CreditRisk Fund, whcih has an exposure of Rs. 201.82 to #Altico (ie 5.85% of AUM) has decided to go for #SidePocketing (ie creation of segregated portfolio).

Unfortunately hapless #Investors who will exit will take a huge negative hit and exit. Instead of write off, @utimutualfund should have side pocketed this paper to safeguard existing investors. Very irresponsible step.
