Complicated programs have too many variables that can break. Simple repeatable programs work better for men over 40. Not because they're easier but because they're sustainable when life gets chaotic. #simpleprograms #sustainabletraining #over40fitness

Simple training programs aren't easy, they're clear. Clear structure, clear progression, clear expectations. When you know what you're doing and why, you stick with it longer. Consistency beats complexity for men over 40 every single time. #simpleprograms #cleargoals

In #Computing the children looked at @ScratchJr on the IPads and recapped what they have previously learnt. They spent time making some #simpleprograms on the app to make their sprite move in backgrounds. @CITacademies @STEMEduc
