Today were these delicious Cutlets containing - Leftover dal. Leftover vermicelli. Halloumi.
Some boiled mashed veggies.
Served with hummus, guacamole, green chutney. And there were some grapes in the end as well

Breakfast used to be my favourite meal of the day before I started doing IF (more or less). But these days we are a no breakfast household on weekdays. The man typically eats eggs, fruit, granola, bread kind of thing. I don't eat breakfast and teen is in school.
But from now till August mid, he'll be home (largely). First board study holidays, then boards, then 2 months summer break. So I am guessing a lot of breakfast will happen. And since he likes to eat “interesting" stuff, there will be enough nice breakfasts.
I have made a 60-40 deal with him. 60 standard idli, upma kind of stuff and 40% interesting.
Why am I telling you all this? Because you guys loved the breakfast yesterday so will share breakfast ideas in a thread here too. Most will be ideas only but if I have a exact recipe will share. Or ask your doubts, will answer best I can!

Today’s breakfast was an indulgent treat from my Delhi bakery memories. Aloo patty like we call it, essentially a puff stuffed with samosa kind of masala. I mean what’s not to love. Flour. Butter. Aloo. Cheese. Who else loves these?
