This would relax the rule against VPN usage, inspired by effective anti-trolling/spamming measures taken by @liberachat. It'd also help reduce trolling by mobile users. Please let me know what you think!
It's been about two months since I took over #SkipIRC and I'm gonna do a bit of a retrospective thread.
First off, I didn't have to change the age requirement because of liability concerns like I thought I might. (It's still increasing along with the SCP age requirement.)
#skipirc news: I've prepared some draft text for the leaking/confidentiality rule. Based on community feedback and discussions with SkipIRC staff, the scope is now narrower than my initial proposal.
