County Citizen at #slccm complaining that she has been unable to get the phone answered at @wesleyBell4stl office. She is correct. The phone will not answer at the @stlcopa office. It is a disgrace and has been that way for weeks. Victims are sick and tired of no response.

Congratulations to Councilwoman Shalonda Webb- the new Vice Chair of the County Council!! To have to black women leading SLCC is an incredible first. Sadly, @DunawayKelli wanted to prevent this first. Luckily the rest of the council rejected her racism. #SLCCM

It really is an amazing night at #slccm. 90% of the speakers tonite have a more sophisticated and insightful legal opinions than the County Counselor. Page & Clancy were looking for a MAGA rally and are getting an earful of legal reality. Its nice to see.

FYI, for those folks that habitually leave council meetings after public comments, you’ll are always missing the best part. Yes media this applies to you too. The best part is always the last ten minutes. https://t.co/gKKsOhhOfS #stlccm #slccm

I love the rich irony: @lisadclancy pleading with @ritadays1 on speeding her Mask Mandate bill through the process. This is the woman whom she tried to keep from being chairman. #stlccm #slccm

And with that chairwoman excuses those who wish to leave. That said I’m out. See you next week, possibly virtual? #slccm

Trakas an attorney questions Clancy’s mask mandate. Asks for a committee of experts and citizens. Clancy says she won’t move the bill tonight. Calls for a virtual meeting for those scared of a “super spreader event” #slccm

Fitch asks Page directly, yes or no, is there a mask mandate in St. Louis County? Page dances around the question. Fitch asks again and the states: I take your answer as there is no longer a mandate in the County. #slccm

Woah. @DrSamPage is quadrupling down on the lie that Khan was abused by the community at the last meeting. It’s damned gaslighting. #slccm #stlccm

If @DrSamPage believes that St. Louis residents will mask up, then what’s the point of a mask mandate? #stlccm #slccm

@moll_aj No because he’s a pedantic ass who has zero respect for what people have to say. Just regurgitating his nonsense. #slccm #stlccm

Page now gives his report, half the room walks out when he talks about CITY health orders. Report sounds like a press briefing not an address to county citizens. #slccm

Speaker Paul Berry: talks about Dr. Khan actions last week. Says Khan lies to intimidate. Says Clancy wasn’t in the chamber yet stood up for Khan. #slccm
