@MVP_Mindset A3: Often i find that a big barrier to practicing self compassion is the fear that accepting where u are is being complacent or not wanting to work harder to be better. I think it’s important to teach that being proud of who and where you are is an asset, not a detriment #SPchat

A5: We do most, if not all of our growing when we step outside of our comfort zone into our courage zone. Like @Mentally_Strong always says "Get comfortable with being uncomfortable"; we all need to push ourselves a little bit each day to become our best. #spchat
