✅ suppose you Risk only 1% of your total #capital on a single trade.
Example:
💰 Total Capital = ₹1,00,000
🎯 1% Risk = ₹1,000
Suppose:
📌 Stock Buying Price = ₹500
🛑 Stop Loss = ₹480
➡️ Risk per share = ₹20
Position Size Formula:
Position Size = Total Risk ÷ Risk per Share
= ₹1,000 ÷ ₹20
= 50 Shares
So, you should buy 50 shares, keeping your maximum loss limited to ₹1,000 (1% of capital) if the stop loss gets hit.
