Yesterday, an external fund manager overseeing Stream funds disclosed the loss of approximately $93 million in Stream fund assets.
In response, Stream is in the process of engaging Keith Miller and Joseph Cutler of the law firm Perkins Coie LLP, to lead a comprehensive investigation into the incident.
We are actively withdrawing all liquid assets and expect this process to be completed in the near term
To keep our stakeholders informed, we will provide periodic updates as additional information becomes available. Until we are able to fully assess the scope and causes of the loss, all withdrawals and deposits will be temporarily suspended. Any pending deposits will not be processed at this time.
Our decision to retain Perkins Coie LLP reflects Stream’s unwavering commitment to transparency and robust corporate governance.

而在此之前的几个小时，DeFi 分析师 YieldsAndMore 梳理出与 Stream Finance 损失相关的风险暴露网络，借贷市场、稳定币及资金池网络中，数亿美元贷款和���押品头寸或受间接影响。其估算，与 Stream 相关债务总额（不含间接暴露）约 2.85 亿美元。其中，#TelosC（1.236 亿）、#Elixir（6800 万）和 #MEV Capital（2540 万）关联最大！
该团队称此事件 “损失巨大，问题解决方式不明，或还有更多稳定币和资金池受影响”！
研究结果显示，最大的单一风险暴露属于 Elixir 的 deUSD，该协议向 Stream 借出了 6800 万美元的 USDC，这笔金额约占 deUSD 总储备的 65%。Elixir 表示，其持有头寸享有「每美元全额赎回权」，但据 YieldsAndMore 在 X 平台的帖子，Stream 团队已告知债权人，在法律审查完成前，还款将暂停。
而在更早的几小时，Stream 的质押稳定币XUSD已脱锚！
而此风险，是真有人早早预警！10月29 日，CBB0FE 发帖：Stream 旗下 xUSD 在链上仅有约 1.7 亿美元 的资产支撑，却从各类借贷协议中借出了约 5.3 亿美元。这意味着其杠杆高达 4.1 倍——还建立在大量流动性极差的头寸之上。这不是 #收益农场（yield farming），而是彻头彻尾的赌徒式杠杆投机（degen gambling）。远离它。不要碰与此相关的 Morpho / Euler 金库（vaults）！！
当日，Stream 创始人回应称：xUSD 完全有抵押支持，并且超额抵押，同时设有保险基金。资金的大部分分布在CEX和 Debank 尚未追踪的DEX上。这种信息不透明的情况很快就会得到解决。
xUSD 从未被设计成稳定币，加密��区误以为它是稳定币，那是我们传达错误的责任。xUSD 实际上是一个「代币化的市场中性基金（tokenized market neutral fund）」，让普通投资者能够获得此前只有私募对冲基金和量化机构才能接触到的真实收益（real yields）。

同时，Stream 声称是 超额抵押！这其中的关键也不是抵押率，更要看 抵押品本身。如果其 抵押头寸 是流动性差的资产，其市场价值在极端行情下会瞬间蒸发，所谓的超额抵押会立刻变为不足额抵押，进而���发连环清算。
Stream 并非一个孤立的终端，它是整个DeFi体系信贷网络中的一个重要节点。而如果 Stream崩盘, 由于 DeFi 高度的“互为套娃”所带来的脆弱性。那么，在这个11月，在美联储 号称即将停止缩表 前的 一个月，整个 DeFi体系或将 引发一场 规模不小的清算！

11月3日，传出DeFi 协议 #Balancer 疑似遭受攻击 的消息。当日，Balancer 称“我们已注意到 Balancer v2 池可能存在漏洞”。据相关数据当日估算，盗取资金规模突破 1.16 亿美元，主要被盗资产包括 WETH、wstETH、osETH、frxETH、rsETH、rETH，分布在 ETH、Base、Sonic 等多条链上。
目前汇总的信息看，本次攻击，并不存在私钥泄露，这是一个纯粹的智能合约漏洞：一个恶意部署的合约在流动性池初始化期间操纵了 Vault 调���。不正确的授权和回调处理使攻击者能够绕过保护措施，这使得互连流动性池之间能够进行未经授权的 Swap 兑换或余额操纵，从而在几分钟内快速盗取资产。
目前，黑客正在将盗取的LST资产换成ETH。
今日，加密钱包安全层 #Webacy @mywebacy（号称：用户在不需要密钥、助记词或密码的情况下访问他们现有的自托管钱包）发文称：
“我们的系统在黑客攻击发生前两周就标记了Balancer确切的漏洞。 如果他们当时使用 DD，这本可以被阻止。 我们检测到别人忽略的东西”。
这个帖激起加密技术社区的一些人的反感！反感方认为：作为安全机构，事前不预警，事后却乱BB，有失操守。
而随后，知名加密侦探 @zachxbt 发的帖，更是 引发了 更大的 反应！称：“我觉得有点讽刺的是，Webacy 提供安全产品并谈论 DD，但他们在网站上骄傲地展示了一名 DPRK IT 工人，这个人已经在他们的薪资名单上待了好几年。
ZachXBT指称：Webacy聘用了 疑似 #朝鲜黑客！！

🚨👀 Ojo al dato.
Un nuevo colapso en #DeFi podría estar presionando a #Bitcoin. #StreamFinance, creadora del stablecoin $xUSD, acaba de desplomarse dejando un agujero de 530 millones de dólares.
El truco detrás fue el llamado recursive looping: prestarse su propia liquidez en un bucle para inflar cifras y rendimientos. En otras palabras, crear valor artificial hasta que el sistema colapsa.
👉 Se perdieron 93 millones directamente, pero lo más grave son los 285 millones de deuda tóxica repartidos entre protocolos como Euler y Morpho, afectando buena parte del ecosistema. El xUSD se hundió 76% en cuestión de horas y congelaron los retiros mientras investigan.
Lo sospechoso: ofrecían rendimientos fijos del 15% y anunciaron una “auditoría” justo días antes del colapso. Todo apuntaba a una burbuja maquillada.
💬 Moraleja: el DeFi sigue lleno de apalancamiento excesivo y auditorías de baja calidad. Muchos proyectos inflan su TVL sin respaldo real, y cuando revientan, las liquidaciones forzadas impactan directamente en BTC, ETH y el mercado completo.
