I just got the best news ever. Over 150 students & staff at @StJosephOCSB just joined the @CanadasLifeline stem cell registry for their inaugural #ProjectSwab. They gained community service hours with my #StudentsSavingLives program. That’s so many people!!! Could you imagine if my match was one of my bestest friends in school? That would be so awesome. I wasn’t sure if people wanted to help anymore. This news is all the motivation I need to keep going. #StartWithHillary & if you’d like a #GetSwabbed event at your school or work, DM me! @TristinHopper Hello @TristinHopper. The CP strike means people can’t join the stem cell registry with Canadian Blood Services since the swab kits are sent through the mail.

Today is #AplasticAnemia Awareness Day. Marie Curie, the mother of modern physics, died of AA in 1934 due to exposure to polonium and radium. Not sure what caused mine, but I think she’d be proud of our #StudentsSavingLives idea, from the mother of #StartWithHillary.
