The Credit Clubhouse Ep. 90 Disruption is one of the key elements of a growing market like #fundfinance. I had the chance to sit down with Matt Wilbur, Founder of Silo Fund, who is building a startup focused on #subscriptionlines. "It starts with the data and it starts with the benchmarks. Education then follows and more people get excited, then institutions become more excited." Matt and I discussed pricing, transparency, the need for benchmarks and better #fraudprevention, his passion for marathons, and more. Thank you to @AxosBank for supporting the #podcast. While use of #PrivateEquity #SubscriptionLines can move fund performance from third to first quartile, investors starting to prohibit their use. Future funds may have two share classes: with and without subscription lines of credit. #UNCAIC @kenaninstitute @CAIAAssociation
