@annarchynyc @ATT @RAdvocate @ATTHelp @verizon Yes. Then they committed to refunding me the overpayment (next month) and they couldn’t believe I wasn’t thrilled with the idea of loaning them $125 for a month. FWIW, they also have only refunded me $100 of the $125 24 hours later- and I was on the phone for 2 hours #attfail
