Running a red light and mounting the curb was perhaps not the best idea infront of the #ICRTeam4 skipper. Driver blamed wet roads but after a positive drugs wipe by #XRB15 we think its more likely the Cocaine. Another drug driver in custody! #ICRTeam4 #TBCShift P1734
