I feel pretty confident, actually. We used say #TeflonDon; consider whether it’s actually #TeflonJoe. In the worst news cycle I can recall for Biden, he not only didn’t decline in the polls, he literally overtook Trump. Maybe the polls will reflect sympathy for Trump for a bit; if they do, it will reverse. Aileen just made a massive error and greatly increased the likelihood Trump gets a federal conviction. Trump’s awful, divisive language since the attempt on his life contrasts miserably with @JoeBiden @KamalaHarris statesmanlike behavior. I’m pretty optimistic. Reading the political mood music, what I see is Democrats digging in. I think Americans are tired of Republican gun nuts. I reckon @JoeBiden wins reelection comfortably.

@TomFitton I agree... but that won't happen. If that were Trump, he would have been physically cuffed and escorted out of the White House. Biden declines abdication of the presidency, "got out of jail" free by his DOJ, and skirts impeachment by a complacent @HouseGOP #TeflonJoe
