@seanbonner This is great. I seem to remember that sometime in 2021, even before Loot, there was a Punk derivative called 'Text Punks' that was just a list of their traits
the @opensea team is full of fucking hypocrites. when i launched #textpunks in 2021 the collection was verified.
months later verification was removed. they claimed it was a @cryptopunksnft derivative, and that no derivatives would be verified.
here we are today, with @based punks verified and on their home page.
dozens of other derivatives are still verified.
make it make sense.
this seems like an ideal time to mention that my other artwork, #textpunks is still for sale on the open market.
no one has done more damage to web3 with text than me.

justice for #textpunks.
at one point the #textpunks collection was actually verified on @opensea until someone made up a rule that derivative collections wouldn’t be verified. problem is, the company only attacked the collections they wanted to. many others are still verified to this day.
