On 26 Aug 2013, @theIILM achieved a significant milestone by issuing the 1st USD-denominated, A-1 rated, short-term, tradable, Shari’ah-compliant Sukūk. Since then, the IILM has issued close to USD60 bil. totally through 120 short-term Sukuk from 2 wks up to 7-mth.

The Articles of Agreement to establish @theIILM was signed by its founding members on 25 Oct 2010. Hence, this year marks the 10th year anniversary of the IILM.

On 7 Oct 2010, @IFSB_org facilitated the signing of the Memorandum of Participation for the establishment of @theIILM during the International Monetary Fund-World Bank Annual Meetings in Washington D.C., USA.
