@mayazi Off course, what I’m saying, is force companies to commit the cash to the development of the utility token through legal framework. The founders own equity in the company that has the cash, let the token holders buy equity for a low price and they will hold the token #TokenPledge

5. Committing to the #TokenPledge with the company’s resources to support the company issued Token, is the honest and moral action in anycase and should not change the security/utility status

1. With the current bear market in #crypto there are many ICO projects trading below their cash/crypto, they should all do a #tokenpledge , where they commit that their reserves will only be used to support the token price
