@thedicemechanic @D20FutureShow @N01H3r3 @fechtbuch @smginnessuk @oh_pollo @JohnSouthgateUK Never liked that cover for the old #TorgRPG supplement, as it always creeped me out. Some of the others were delightful, and so far I'm digging the #TorgEternityRPG various covers. #rpghut
@Asako_Soh @symatt While that's fine, not all rpgs are suited to starting in media res. I'm just glad that #TorgRPG was and #TorgEternityRPG is. :) #rpghut
@Asako_Soh One of things I like about #TorgEternityRPG these days is the strategy of using the Destiny and Cosm cards, and cooperating together in terms of the Drama Deck actions. It existed in old #TorgRPG, but not to this degree... #rpghut
Just finished reading the Psionics chapter of the #TorgEternityRPG Core Rules book. Like the fact that it's simplified from what it was back in the days of old #TorgRPG, but remains to be seen what they do with specific sourcebooks for the game. #rpghut
Went on to read the Reality chapter of #TorgEternityRPG, and there's some neat stuff in there, and a few rule changes from old #TorgRPG. Well-written section of the book, though small. #rpghut
Taking a quick break in gaming tonight... Gods, but I've missed the #TorgRPG and the use of the cards. The #TorgEternityRPG does it just right! :) #rpghut
Just finished reading the Rules chapter for #TorgEternityRPG. Very good chapter, not as many examples as I'd like, but much simpler than original #TorgRPG. #rpghut
Reading the rules chapter for #TorgEternityRPG this morning, and I do like the simpler rules for the game. Original #TorgRPG is still a great game, but Eternity modernizes it and cleans up a lot of stuff. #rpghut
Finished reading the Cosms chapter of the #TorgEternityRPG and have to say that I like the changes to the feel of all the Cosms. May not use any of the old #TorgRPG materials at all. #rpghut
@thedicemechanic @Fandomlife @paulbaalham @pedr @richgreen01 @Grami_WER @Chimpy20 @chrissyspill Totally agree! #TorgRPG had a great mechanic set for social skill use in combat, and the Drama Deck totally enhanced it. -> #rpglifeuk
@ImperialScum I wish I was that lucky, especially with game systems like #TORGRPG. All was lost in bad fire in 1997. ☹️
