#TSHD50 Spoilers
I love how Yoshiki makes clear to "Hikaru" that him saying previously that the monster (him) going away would result in Yoshiki's happily ever after isn't actually happy from his point of view. That would mean hiding himself and not being fully with "Hikaru."
#TSHD50 Spoilers
I love how "Hikaru's" voice calls to Yoshiki from the other side/is pulling Yoshiki back to him. I love Yoshiki saying he is glad he met "Hikaru"/he clearly appreciates "Hikaru" coming to get him. Yoshiki's growth to fully embracing the monster is beautiful!
#TSHD50 Spoilers
I love that Yoshiki and Hikaru get a final goodbye together. Yoshiki finally confessing his romantic feelings for Hikaru so he has no regrets and can get closure with Hikaru is beautiful. Even though Hikaru doesn't feel the same, it's sweet how he responded!
#TSHD50 Spoilers
The fact that Hikaru actually noticed that Yoshiki was suffocating in the village even if he didn't know why shows how much he deeply cares for Yoshiki. He was worried for Yoshiki! It's very sad that Hikaru felt like he had to be the man of the Indou clan! π
#TSHD50 Spoilers
I love that we get to see the whole gang here again having fun! Seeing Hikaru again just fits so well! Yoshiki making sure that he is talking to the human Hikaru just hits hard. I wonder because Hikaru asked about funerals, will we finally see Hikaru's funeral?
#TSHD50 Spoilers
I love how "Hikaru's" half ends up becoming important again for saving Yoshiki. Seeing "Hikaru" shaking as he rips out the half again because he now feels pain hurts. Seeing him feed the half to Yoshiki to prevent him from dying shows how much he loves Yoshiki!
#TSHD50 Spoilers
This part broke my heart. Seeing "Hikaru" realize in real time that to die can come so suddenly and even for no reason as he watches Yoshiki bleed out. It's heartbreaking how "Hikaru" thinks Yoshiki getting hurt is comeuppance for his lack of understanding. π
#TSHD50 Spoilers
These two panels made me go from happy to horrified just like "Hikaru" as he found Yoshiki at first. Then after he pulled Yoshiki out from under the rubble, he realizes that Yoshiki lost his left leg and is dying from a stray wood plank in his stomach.π
#TSHD50 Spoilers
The literal chills I got when Kubitachi is shown to be completely destroyed around "Hikaru" who is also hurt by the Hole in a similar way to him in the OP of the anime. That's gotta be awful for "Hikaru" to see after all his hard work, Kubitachi is destroyed.
#TSHD50 Spoilers
"Hikaru" is lucky that he is an Illegitimate because the way half of his human part of his face, left arm, and a bit of his chest was torn off due to the Hole is horrifying. Not the eye placement being similar to other art and blood when OG Hikaru fell. π
#TSHD50 Spoilers
I love how Yoshiki heeded the advice of "Hikaru" of Yoshiki needing to be the one to lead "Hikaru" back to the living world because he has the best shot coming back due to being human. "Hikaru's" faith in Yoshiki and his smile is sooo adorable!
#TSHD50 Spoilers
Wow! That must be horrifying to witness for Takeda, Tanaka, and Asako to see the Kubitachi village literally get destroyed as the Hole closes because of Yoshiki and "Hikaru." Seeing Asako and Tanaka so worried for Yoshikaru is so sweet and heartbreaking. π
#TSHD50 Spoilers
I love how we get "Hikaru's" persecptive here on how Yoshiki saved him with his warm and bright soul. How Yoshiki gave "Hikaru" a place to belong. "Hikaru" has always wanted a place to belong and now he has it with Yoshiki who extends a hand always to him.
This scene is just absolutely brutal to me YOSHIKIIIIIIII NOOOOO HIKARUβS SHOCK DONT DO THIS TO ME #tshd50
this is such a beautiful queer story. i love seeing yoshiki's growth and how he becomes more comfortable with himself, leading us here. 'hikaru' isn't a monster, and neither is he. rejecting one means rejecting the other. that's love β₯οΈ
