Day 3 of my holiday snaps and this is the playground. Good job @TUIUK list it as such in their brochure or I would have thought it was waste land with some scrap metal on it. Silly me, eh? #TUIareajoke #TUIfails #badcustomerservice @TUIUKPR @WhichUK #MartinLewis

Well @TUIUK As promised here's another photo from the room I had to endure last week. It's a bath mat! Why was I not moved? Why am I not being refunded? #TUIfails #badcustomerservice @TUIGroup @WhichUK #poorcustomerservice #MartinLewis @TUIUKPR

@TUIUK @TUIUKPR At 73 I can firmly say your company offers the very worst customer service. Over a week now trying to contact you regarding a holiday. No replies, emails returned, then after an hour waiting on the phone you cut me off. Utterly appalling service. #TUIFails

@dwlstacey @TUIUK Hey TUI have you read the Consumer Rights Act 2015 lately with regard to the shocking treatment of this family who just want to get away for a much needed holiday. It’s holiday season and you’re disappointing customers left right and centre. #TUIFails
