If the Method specifies/requires that a #blockchain is the primary store, then they originate there. Their presence surfaces as #DIDData in the #UDIDServer.

@trbouma I agree. That's why I'm building the #Universal #DID #Server (#UDIDServer) on top of plain old #DNS protocols and plain old #DNS open-source software. #WeDontNeedNoFunkyNewStandards ...when the existing ones work just fine.
