@AndyBoutle Its only getting worse. I still get to review every EIR coming from all over the UK, from almost every single major public and private client out there and this isn't improving. They are still based on tick boxes, not true IM needs. #BIML2 #UKBIMFramework still isn't a reality.
3of4 to request traditional O&Ms at the end of the construction phase bcus they haven't been instructed or modernised to accept COBie or data sets of any kind. The whole concept of #BIMLevel2 and #UKBIMFramework is failing &it needs closer attention as to why, not more standards.
hasn't really articulated the requirements so has largely ignored them and still passes delivery gateways because the information (geometric/alphanumerical) was never checked, nor was really required.
Inconsistency is still one of the greatest #UKBIMFRamework barriers to overcome
