@Headteacherchat At Learning Me, we're big advocates for using breathing exercises to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system- always great to use with your pupils when there's anxiety in the room. We have all sorts of classroom wellness tips on our upcoming #UnderstandingMe platform! πππ
