Looks I was one of the randomly selected people in the German 2022 census. The online questionnaire was quite straight-forward and well done but what I don't understand: The QR code just contained the website and I had to type in the 24 char pass codes manually. 🤦#usabilityfail

Hey @Lufthansa_DE, warum ist das nach all den Jahren im Internetz immer noch so schwer mit dem Nutzererlebnis. Warum bekomme ich einen Beleg, der keiner ist, sondern ein PDF mit einem Link, bei dem ich erneut Name und Buchungsnummer eingeben muss. Same in der Buchungsmaske. 🙄

Man kann auch nicht das gleiche Design mal für einen "Schutzstreifen für Radfahrende" und mal für einen "Sicherheitstrennstreifen" verwenden!
Erwartungskonformität nennt man das in den Grundlagen der Usability. Wäre auch im Straßenverkehr sinnvoll! #ux #usabilityfail

Die Microsoft-Office-Update-Routine ist leider seit Jahren ein #UsabilityFail. Erst wird muss ein Updater geladen weden, der dann feststellt: Hey, es gibt Updates für dich.
Nach einem 1-GB-Download fällt dem Updater auf: Oh, doch nicht, du musst erst dein MacOS updaten.
