Actually, Joe is the reason. Hunter was just the face to make it all happen under the radar. But it gets even better... LOwbama started making plans for some Ukraine biolabs back in 2005 when he was just a senator. He and another senator (Lugar) visited Ukraine back then. The labs officially opened June 2010. Articles pertaining to those labs at that time were scrubbed from the net - except a few places have screen shots of it. The pardon is about protecting Joe because the Biden family name got active in 2014 although Joe had been interested in Ukraine since the 70's. But how do we know for sure that this is about what happened in 2020? Because the major partner with Metabiota in Ukraine was EcoHealth Alliance - infamous for the gain-of-function research that made the rona of 2020 possible.
