@British_Airways you require people to notify you of firearms on your flights 72hrs before departure yet you can’t speak to anyone to inform them as your contact number disconnects…what are we supposed to do? #uselessBA

#uselessBA, #BApoor BA just unilaterally cancelled the return flight for my holiday! No explanation. I have a text and an email, neither of which you can reply to. Rang customer services to be told by a machine they are busy and disconnected. Utter rubbish service

@British_Airways refusing compensation for a delayed flight : refusing to acknowledge failure of their staff : refusing to acknowledge the delay despite screenshots of their own systems showing the delay #uselessBA
