Day 1 of #UsersBefore2027. I didn't write code. I went looking for people with the problem. I read 70 posts from people running agents and held them against what I had in my head. What held up: - surprise costs. 31 of 42 builders talked about cost or agents that go quiet - runs that never happened and nobody noticed What didn't: - "nowhere to run it." Nobody said it - memory. Nobody asked a runtime for it So that's what I'm building for. 23 decisions, 0 lines of code.

By Dec 31, 10 people using AudiaStack. 30 min a day until then. #UsersBefore2027 If I don't reach the target, that is fine: what I want most is to learn how to manage a SaaS and marketing. So my primary objective is consistency...and there's simply a LOT to do!

I'm doing a 60-day users challenge. I'm sick of spending hundreds of hours building, with no users. 4 projects since July. Still 0 users. Everyone starts their resolutions on Jan 1. I want users by then: By Dec 31, 20 people use Delegate OS. 1 hour a day until then. #UsersBefore2027 Want in? Reply or quote this with your pledge: "By Dec 31, [N] people use [thing]. [Time] a day until then. #UsersBefore2027" Then from Monday, post a short update with the tag on the days you work. What you did, what you learned, struggles included. Miss a day? Get back on the horse. I'll check in on everyone's updates, cheer you on and post a Sunday recap of the wins and learnings. Let's try each other's products and keep each other going. Gym buddies, but for users. Let's do this together.

If you have an AI automation doing something for you at least once a week, I'd love to talk. I run a few myself and want to hear how others set theirs up, and what works and what breaks. 15 minutes. No pitch. Reply or DM me. #UsersBefore2027

@imfabiokeller Joining #UsersBefore2027 with SignalDesk 📰 By Dec 31, 10 people will use SignalDesk. I'll spend 30 minutes a day improving the product, talking to users, and sharing progress publicly. Let's see where this goes 🚀
