If you’re considering using @lyft don’t do it! My teenage daughter & her friends were in a Lyft that ran out of gas at night. They had to get out & push it to the gas station in an unsafe part of town. She contacted @lyft & they refuse the refund the unsafe ride #UseUberInstead

@JustinBrannan @CitiBikeNYC is a monopoly that charges exorbitant fees when bikes are docked at broken docks. That’s really how they make their money. And then they take weeks to respond when riders try to immediately rectify the situation #cancelcitibike #useuberinstead

@CitiBikeNYC also makes its money from exorbitant fees incurred from improperly docked bikes. They need to improve docks or start making dockless bikes. And stop charging loyal riders hundreds of dollars in extra fees #citibikesucks #useuberinstead #buyaskateboard #cancelcitibike
