"A mistake is a real waste if you haven't learned from it," says Wesley, when asked about workplace mistakes. She talks about how she had to redirect an employee but did so in the heat of the moment instead of letting it "sit in the proverbial 'fridge," she says. #USFCEOConvo
Work-life balance is tough and Wesley admits that she doesn't do it well. She prefers "equilibrium" and the image of a wheel and spokes to illustrate that it's all about "keeping enough pressure on the outside of the wheel." so that it still rolls. #USFCEOConvo
Talking about teams, Wesley says consistency is key. "I can work much better with someone who is average every day rather than someone who is phenomenal one day and not the next," Wesley says. "An organization is made up of teams of people,"...the right team matters. #USFCEOConvo
