It is very unethical on how the rule change regarding the type 1 certificate by the @USCIS is being implemented overnight. #USneedsPT

#USneedsPT The gap between need and demand of PT is already huge, sudden criteria change worsens the gap, New Rule seems to be of no good

I just wonder whether #USneedsPT or not? @USCIS overnight change in rule seems very undesirable and unreasonable 4 foreign trained PTs.
