on the topic of #Coatesiwood.. I also have another mould making project on the go for a final year.. this one involves a spot of #vacformer action and preparation for a test pour tomorrow hopefully.. these are two processes that I like to get involved with.. #furnituredesign π
hereβs a little peak at the work I did earlier in the day to prep up the #vacformer mould.. always nice to jump on the woodlathe at any opportunity, especially when some projects head straight to CNC without thinking of the fun to be had making by hand.. #productdesign #DTchat π
hands up if you have ever tested out those prototype #vacformer moulds with Ribena..!? saves mixing up anything like plaster to cast a trial run.. and you can eat them once you have finished with them.. #edibleMAKING π
