1. Feeling very overwhelmed and not sure how I am going to carry on with my course due to cost of living and lack of financial support for student nurses. The morale on my course is the lowest it has been for reasons other than this.

Make a plan:
Spend just 10 minutes the night before p/ment to work out your learning goals for the next day. Discuss these with your supervisor at the beginning of the shift.
