#VanLineDirect DO NOT USE! Problem after problem and their customer service is shocking. The only way I’m going to resolve these issues is through the ombudsman

@AudiCoupeGT Wished i read all this firat. Just fell victim to them wxxxers with them changing quote amount after i paid deposit then kept 25 quid of it. Scum avoid #vanlinedirect at all coats.

#vanlinedirect What a joke of an insurance company, Avoid! Cancelled my policy through administrative error their end and won’t reinstate it unless we pay! I don’t think so. #cowboys
