Today we tested our new robot Violet in a hospital. The time it takes to manually clean rooms like this is significant. We believe Violet can help cut this time by a big margin. Better efficiency. Less labour intensive. Safer for staff. @HSELive @HSE_DA #covidireland #violetrobot

This system could reduce dependency on chemical-based solns like hydrogen peroxide, which may be effective but requires rooms to be vacated for several hours during sterilization, making them impractical for many parts of the hospital @HSE_DA @HSELive #covidireland #violetrobot

Here's an early demo of our robot, Violet. It uses UVC light, a clinically proven technology for killing viruses, bacteria and harmful germs. The robot has a range of safety features that allow it to be deployed in high-traffic areas where existing cleaning approaches fall short
