اعلنت مجموعة من المستثمرين في #كوريا_الجنوبيه أنها تبني أول مركز بيانات ضخم في العالم مصمم ومُنشأ ومُشغل بالكامل بواسطة #الذكاء_الاصطناعي.
وأبرمت مجموعة المستثمرين، Stock Farm Road، شراكة مع شركة #Voltai، وهي شركة تطوير ذكاء اصطناعي مدعومة من #جامعة_ستانفورد، لجعل الذكاء الاصطناعي مهندسًا ومديرًا ومشغلًا لمركز البيانات الكوري الجنوبي.
وأوضحت الشركتان أن هذه ستكون المرة الأولى التي يُدمج فيها الذكاء الاصطناعي في نظام مركز بيانات كامل.
زأسس خريجان من جامعة ستانفورد شركة Voltai. ومن بين المستثمرين جامعة ستانفورد والعديد من الشركات التقنية ��لكبرى، مثل رئيس مجلس إدارة Alphabet جون هينيسي، الذين يؤيدون المشروع ويدعمونه.
وتُمنح هذه الشراكة، المُسماة "مشروع كونكورد"، الذكاء الاصطناعي سيطرةً كاملةً على التصميم والبناء والإدارة، بما في ذلك كيفية استخدام الطاقة والمياه. وأوضح الشريكان أن البشر سيراقبون في الخلفية بينما يتخذ الذكاء الاصطناعي القرارات.
إذا سارت الأمور وفقًا للخطة، فستصل تكلفة مركز البيانات إلى 35 مليار دولار، وسيُنتج ثلاثة غيغاواط من الطاقة.
ويُعدّ هذا رقمًا ضخمًا في قطاعٍ نادرًا ما يتجاوز فيه إنتاج المواقع الفردية غيغاواط واحد. ومن المقرر اكتمال المشروع في عام 2028.
ويأتي هذا المشروع في الوقت الذي تُنفق فيه حكومة كوريا الجنوبية أموالًا طائلة على البنية التحتية للحوسبة. وقد صرّح الرئيس لي جاي ميونغ للمشرعين الأسبوع الماضي أن ميزانية العام ال��قبل ستُضاعف الإنفاق المتعلق بالذكاء الاصطناعي ثلاث مرات.
