Today, we saw the usual. Eager candudates who couldn't wait til the candidates meeting had ended to start campaigning.
T-shirts and flyers all around... elections are marathons not races.
I urge all UWI students to pay attention to the manifesto of the candidates
When brothers fight each other til death, a stranger will occupy their kingdom
-African proverb-
Let this be a lesson
Congratulations @CSW_JA

I highly recommend a more economic and environmentally friendly means such as recreate website platforms for voting and restricting candidates to social media platforms and less paper based methods......
#SaveTheTrees #VoteWithSheldon @UWIMonaGuild
I think it's about time we take into consideration the environment as we campaign. All this paper! Flyers, posters and strips alike come from trees.
Let's look to a greener future in campaigning.

Candidates, if you don't win. What's next?
What's your plan b?
Will you STILL continue advocating?
Will you help to hold the Guild accountable?
Will you be of service to the committees of posts you ran for or other committees?
Will you turn away from the guild?

What else am I missing??
Successive and incoming Hall Chairs have repeatedly promised Cmuters integration into hall life! It's time to start delivering on your promises!

After a slew of allegations and attacks @AdreanGentles remains unmoved! A solid man!
His character was severely attacked at #TheDebates as questions were barreled at him.
Has he done enough?
Can he pull a 'Trump' and shock the student populous with a victory?

A man of many jobs, @JahnoyLeith_Ja a steward of the Guild has run into his hardest battle yet, coming up against 2 solid opponents.
His policies are firm and achievable.
But has he done enough ?
Will chancellor's current state of turmoil affect him?
#VoteWithSheldon
One of the most misunderstood posts on the Guild is the E.A.C.
The candidates- @joelmcconnell_ and Alicia Ramdal need to properly explain their job to students; to help them with making the right choice.
Right now Alicia seems to have the edge, can Joel recover?

#PopularityDone. @CSW_JA showed NO sign of nerves and handled #TheDebates like a seasoned debater; with pure poise and confidence and in awe the crowd chanted "CHRISTINA", but can she topple the 2 gentlemen?
With the current state of chancellor she very well can

Claims made that Bobby Smith has lied about being a part of several Humanities committees has rocked the Faculty.
Current committee members are calling him out for his dishonesty and for bashing the committee as 'dull'
Honesty is important!

After the withdrawal of Mickhail Treasure from the post of P.R.O, the race has been shaky, leaving @AndreCooper876 and @KOHL876
Will the 1st year novice or the little man be left standing

What are your views on the Chancellor versus Chancellor throwdown at the #GuildDebates last night?
Will this cause a rift in the brotherhood?
How will the brotherhood cope?

@UWIMonaGuild
Having spoken to all candidates for Secretary @brianarussel_ Jillian Richards and @leyah_cee I can safely say the post will be in the hands of someone who has intentions to improve Transparency and Accountability on @UWIMonaGuild
What will separate them?
